We are a home-grown brand and most of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because each piece is custom-produced, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This helps us keep costs fair and reduce waste while ensuring each item is crafted with care.

2. Exchanges : 24–48 hour window

We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery (based on the courier’s delivery timestamp).

Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product (different size or color), subject to stock availability.

If the requested size/color is not available, we will issue store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
