1. Made-to-Order : Why we don’t accept returns
We are a home-grown brand and most of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because each piece is custom-produced, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This helps us keep costs fair and reduce waste while ensuring each item is crafted with care.
2. Exchanges : 24–48 hour window
We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery (based on the courier’s delivery timestamp).
- Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product (different size or color), subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size/color is not available, we will issue store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
3. How to request an exchange
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at labelaraiyah@gmail.com or +91 7290906002, quoting your order number and reason.
- Attach photos (if the exchange is due to defect/damage) and your order confirmation / tracking proof.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share instructions, including the return address and any timelines.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, manufacturing defect). We recommend using a tracked courier for returns.
4. Items not eligible for exchange
- Sale/clearance items and accessories (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags/packaging.
5. Cancellations & order changes
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. Orders for made-to-order items may be cancellable only before production begins; once production has started, cancellation may not be possible. We will confirm the order status after you contact us.
6. Defective or damaged goods on delivery
If your item is damaged or defective on arrival, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos and order details. We will evaluate and  if eligible offer an exchange or store credit as described above.
7. Other important terms
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.
- For cross-border orders, customs, duties, or taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
- This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under local consumer protection laws. We aim to comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and related regulations. Â
10. Dispute resolution & governing law
This policy and any disputes arising out of it are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer located outside India, local mandatory consumer protection and privacy laws may also apply.
